1) Consider making 5 lighter food stops in the day rather than 3 big ones.
2) Whole grains are more filling and less fattening then refined grains.
3) Avoid saturated fat items (butter, cream, hard cheese, greek yogurt...)
4) Omega 3 rich food is excellent for your brain, heart and skin (oily fish such as salmon, trout, mackerel, anchovies, sardines...)
