- 38th International Festival of the Independent Film
Established in 1974 to offer a showcase to the new generation of film directors working with low means of production. The festival is more than ever a "starting up ramp" for the new generation of film makers beside the conventional image.

The Sablon, one of the most beautiful districts of the European capital, organizes its famous Sablon by night.
On this occasion the shops open their doors a little more to the public with the organization of numerous exhibitions, cocktails and various activities.
