At Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, our Executive Chef, Pascal Marcin, welcomes guests to the main dining room Argan and the gourmet Tree O restaurant. His original style of fusion cuisine using delicious, natural ingredients and fresh local produce creates dishes that celebrate all their unique flavors and aromas. Argan offers sumptuous buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week with spectacular views of the forest. A 50-seat “à la carte” section is also available.
The gourmet restaurant Tree O proudly serves creative and health conscious cuisine accented with indigenous ingredients. Here, our Chef prepares each course of meat or fish in three different ways and presents the three varieties on a single platter. Desserts are also served this way, and each of these selections may be accompanied by a tasting trio of wines carefully selected by our Maître d’Hôtel. Tree O is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Friday, with dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
Pascal Marcin created a Folon tasting menu, drawing inspiration from Folon’s serigraphy’s ‘Je vous écris’. Marcin’s culinary interpretation invites you to escape to the most beautiful landscapes of the Belgian artist. In 2008, Pascal Marcin was honored with 2 hats by the Delta Gourmet Guide.
In the heart of the property lies the Badian Lounge, featuring an intimate library, fireplace and TV corner, while the Oak Bar offers flat screen TVs, games such as pool, darts and flipper, as well as an area for dancing. Each Thursday evening, a ‘Soirée Fabulous’ with a live DJ is always a popular gathering place from 10 pm to 2 am.
